I had a really nice experience at this salon! Kay at the front desk made booking super easy and was very helpful over email. Kristi, my stylist, was awesome! Very friendly, engaging, listened to what I wanted and helped with any recommendations she had. She gave me a great color and I LOVE my cut! It was a little pricey for a partial highlight but no reason to give less stars as I chose to go there. My only recommendation would be to invest in a couple plus size robes. I am comfortable in my size, and I knew the robe wouldn't fit completely but being size inclusive matters, especially at a salon that you are there to be 'pampered.' Still, a great experience and I will be back!
